Seven Orchard Hills students—Maximiliano Rivera, Brantley Perla, Rusty Alexander, Haven Lauder, Alyanni Gonzalez, Lennyn Forbes, and Lemon Horsfall—were selected as winners of the Santaquin Fire & EMS Fire Prevention Open House coloring contest. The students will be recognized and receive prizes during the event on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m.
The free community event will include the ceremonial push-in of new Pierce Ladder Truck 141, named in honor of Sgt. Bill Hooser, along with a LifeFlight helicopter display, emergency vehicle demonstrations, live vehicle extrication, CPR instruction, and smoke alarm safety information. Families are invited to join Santaquin Fire & EMS in celebrating the contest winners and learning more about fire and public safety.
